We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, so we make our returns policy simple. We have a "no quibbles" guarantee for many of our products which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. However, since many of the items that we sell are personalised to you and produced specifically for you then there are certain exclusions. These are:

  • Pens, Pewter, Crystal that have been engraved with the student name and degree.
  • Champagne bearing the student name and degree
  • Graduation clothing:

1)      Graduates Name on Garments – 
Please note it is your responsibility to check that the graduates  name appears correctly on the garment when you place the order with us.  We informed you that we have the facility to change a spelling or add a missing name but you must inform us within 14 days of the event.  We are unable to refund or return if you now find that the name is missing or incorrect.

2)      Garment Sizes and Colours –
We informed you that it was your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct size/colour garment.  We mentioned that whilst our sales crew will endeavour to assist you in your choice they are not responsible for your decision.  Since garments are made to order we cannot refund you if the size/colour ordered is found to be unsuitable.  We may be able to exchange provided there is stock remaining so please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

3)      Garment Front Logo/Design -
We informed you that whilst our aim is to maintain continuity of front logo design this is not always possible as the result of supply issues and production runs. Therefore we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same front logo print as seen on your graduation day.  We informed you that you will either receive a garment which features your University logo OR one of our standard 'Campus Alumni' prints and that if you weren't happy with this to request a refund within 14 days of your event date. 

4)      Garment Substitution -
We are reliant on third party manufacturers for garments and as such continuity of supply to us is not guaranteed. We told you that we reserve the right to amend or change products styles without prior notice in order to deliver your product to you in the time frame stipulated.  We also made you are aware that if you weren't happy with this to request a refund within 14 days of your event date.

We will be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Refunds can also not be made for services such as gift wrapping.

In the event that Campus Clothing sends you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original within 30 days. Campus Clothing reserves the right to charge the price of replacement to the payment card used for the original order if that item is not returned within 30 days of the date on which Campus Clothing confirms the issue of a replacement.
