Graduation Merchandise Services

Graduation Retail Service
The Campus retail service means that all artwork, production, stock control, finance and customer service for your merchandising range is taken care of by us.  This allows you to focus on the real issues.  We  provide our own staff for Graduation day and we are often seen as an extension of the Alumni Team.  It’s a cost free fundraising service. We also pay handsome royalties on sales.

Graduation T-shirts – Best selling graduation item for 15 years!
We were the first Company to introduce this product to UK graduations. With the most varied collection of styles, colours, and sizes, the Campus graduation garment collection is unrivalled.  All garments feature the Institution logo and the names of all the graduates/leavers for that year.  Baseball T-shirts, vintage T-shirts, Hoodies, ladies fit garments and Organic garments are offered with prices suited to match different budgets. 

The next big thing…
Campus introduced the latest revolution in this sector earlier this year.  The ‘name highlight service’  means that the graduates name is printed larger and in a different colour to the rest of the class list.  This allows the graduate to really stand out from the crowd!

Exceptional Service for graduates and families
The Campus philosophy is that graduation is much like a wedding.  It’s one of the most special days for a family.  It’s our job as an extension of your Institution to make sure that graduates have the best experience possible so:

• If a name is missing we’ll add it to a re-print free and send it to the graduate. 
• If a name is spelt wrong we’ll do the same thing. 
• If we run out of a size or style then we guarantee to re-print and send it to the graduate. 
• Graduates can order garments from us at any time after they graduate.  No one is left disappointed!

Income Generation and Fundraising
We pay the Institution top rates of commission on sales of merchandise items and this can all be tracked in real time through our client ‘Event Management Area’.   In these cash strapped times the Campus income is invaluable to many Alumni Associations. 

Client Merchandise Management Portal
Institutions are given a user name and password to their own Management Area. Here  they can determine what items they would like to offer to graduates by web, mail-order and on-the-day. 

Sales and commissions can be tracked and names lists for graduation t-shirts can be uploaded.   A host of other features regarding graduation day details are available too.
