Terms & Conditions

Our products are made to order, especially for you! This means that there are some special terms and conditions in regards to your order, we don’t like to keep any secrets so all of our T’s and C’s are laid out below.

 Order Confirmation

 a)      If you have placed an order at one of our graduation stands or via our website, it is your responsibility to ensure all details provided are correct. Occasionally Campus Crew members may make mistakes when entering orders from graduation stands. Should you not receive a confirmation email within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us straight away.  It is very important that you check all details in your confirmation email including the spelling of the graduate’s name.

Order Changes

 a)      All our orders are made to your personal requests, so we understand that you may want to make a change. Therefore we offer a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days from your order for any change requests to be made. This is 7 days for any engraved products. After this time your orders will enter production and we will no longer be able to make changes to your order.

 b)      We rely on third party manufacturers to supply our garments, therefore we sometimes have to make changes to the colour of garments. If you are not happy with this please request a refund within 14 days of your graduation date/order being placed.

 c)       Due to supply issues and production runs, front logos on our garments may differ to that seen at graduation stands. If you are not happy with this please request a refund within 14 days of your graduation date/order being placed.

d)        If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must do so by contacting us within the 14 day cooling off period.

Delivery

  a)      All orders are dispatched within 28 days of your graduation date. However it is important to note that during our peak periods, demand can be very high and delays in delivering goods can sometimes occur.

 b)      We also provide an estimated dispatch date within your confirmation email so please refer to this as a guide. Note than an times quoted for delivery are approximate and we will not be held liable for any delay on this date.

  c)       We send all of our packages through Royal Mail. If it does not reach a country the first time we will try to resend. If, however, it is still not received we will send it recorded to a UK address where it can be tracked to make sure it is delivered.

 d)       Delivery will be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Please make sure you let us know if you move so that we can ensure your order reaches you.

 e)      If delivery is attempted more than once, or changed to deliver within a different country, postage amounts will not be refunded.  Customers will be charged to resend the items.

Tracking Orders

 a)      Goods cannot be tracked once they have been dispatched from campus HQ.

 b)      Occasionally items can be lost in the process of delivery. In this situation, we must wait up to 6 weeks for UK, International deliveries may take a little longer to be able to replace a lost item.

 c)       If your goods fail to arrive, please ensure you contact us within 4 months of your order being placed. After this time has passed refunds and replacements cannot be made.

Returns & Exchanges

 a)      All our products are printed to order and to your personal requirements, therefore we do not hold stock for exchanges.

 b)      It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct size and colour of garment is ordered. If the size is found to be unsuitable we cannot refund We may be able to exchange if we have a suitable garment in stock.

 c)       Varsity jackets and flannel pants cannot be refunded or exchanged as these items are only printed to order.

 d)      Unless the reason for return is due to a mistake on our behalf, you will be responsible for covering all costs of returning items to us.

 e)       We will only refund postage to the equivalent amount of our postage costs.

 f)        We will not be able to refund or replace any items after a 2 month period (after the received date).
