- Where is my order?
- First of all check your estimated despatch date which is shown in your email receipt. If you cannot locate your email receipt please check your junk mail.
- We will also email you when your item(s) have been shipped so you know when to look out for them. Please be aware that different items may come under separate cover. If you have received a despatch mail but not the goods within 10 working days then please use the following procedure:
- If you find that your item was dispatched but has not arrived then we can claim with Royal Mail. However, please note that over 40% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check there first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement.
- In the rare circumstances that you cannot locate your item, please contact us as we will need to claim this item as lost with the Royal Mail. Unfortunately this process takes 6 weeks. We understand how frustrating this is but we are obliged to follow the rules as set out by Royal Mail. Their process is that your item will sit in the local sorting office for 2 weeks. If not collected by you or delivered by them it is returned to the National Returns Center in Belfast, where it is kept for another 2 weeks after which point it is forwarded to us. If your package arrives with us from the returns centre we will notify you immediately by email. If your package is not returned to us after 6 weeks from your despatch date then we are able to claim the item as lost and we promise to do everything in our power to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. Since the many items are personalised to you and made to order we do not carry stock of the items.
- The above procedure also covers items sent overseas, but please allow 8 weeks before the lost item procedure comes into force.
- I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
- Yes - provided you let us know within 14 days of placing the order for personalised garments. After 14 days your order will be made according to your original instruction and you will not be able to change it.
- Due to us printing all items to order, and most orders being personalised, it is very important that you do your utmost to order the correct size. We do not hold any printed items in stock so it is most likely that we would have to print a new garment for you and this will incur a cost.
- Sometimes we do have a small amount of stock left over from graduation days so it is always worth asking first! Drop us an email on the contact us form.

- Please note that all Garments with extra personalisation are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged as these are fully personalised and printed to order.

I ordered the wrong colour, can I exchange it?
Yes - provided you let us know within 14 days of placing the order for personalised garments. After 14 days your order will be made according to your original instruction and you will not be able to change it.
Sometimes, we have a small amount of stock left over from graduations so it is always worth asking us if we can exchange it for you for just the cost of return postage. Please note, however, that if we have delivered the colour you requested and we do not have an alternative colour in stock we are unable to exchange your item.
- My name isn't on the list of graduates...
- If you have received a garment from us and your name is not included please use the contact us form quoting the code at the bottom of the list of graduates. This will help us determine if you have been sent the wrong date by accident and we will very quickly process a replacement.
- If you cannot find your name when ordering one of our graduation garments you can select the add name option which will ensure your name is included on the print.
Postage is charged per order and varies according to region.
Postage within the UK and Republic of Ireland is £4.50
Postage to the EU is £8.95
Postage to the Rest of the World is £11.95

If you wish to change your delivery address, you have a 2 day cooling off period to do so, as after this time, the item will go into production.
However, please contact us using the 'contact form' below if you would like to check if this can be changed after this time.
For orders that have already been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
If you have already moved out and think your order has been sent to your old address, please contact the old property before contacting us. There is a small chance that your parcel will be returned to us but it can often take several weeks to find its way back in the post.
Your order details are confirmed in your order confirmation email, sent to you when placing your order. If you notice that the size or colour of your garment is incorrect on the order, you are able to make changes to your order up to 2 days after the order was placed, within the cooling off period. To do this please contact us asap using the 'contact us' form below.
Once the 2 day cooling off period has passed, your item will enter production and therefore you cannot make changes or cancel your order after this time, as all items are made to order and bespoke. Please see more details on our Terms & Conditions page.
If you have already received your item and are wondering if you can change it, we may be able to offer an exchange if we have the correct dated garment in stock, however, this is usually unlikely and we would need to print a new one especially for you. Therefore, there is an admin charge for this and a charge for covering the cost of the post back to you.
You would also need to pay for the return to arrive with us.
We cannot exchange any items that have extra printed personalisation.
If any item is found to be faulty then of course we would reproduce the item once we have seen the product and/or photos.
As our items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds outside of the 2 day cooling off period.

Estimated Dispatch Date

Since Brexit, currently all our packages dispatched to the European Union (EU) will be subject to pay customs fees to receive their package. Duties are unpaid currently. Postal Returns / Failure to Deliver
Any items that our returned to us via the Royal Mail due to "incomplete address" or "addressee gone away" or "not called for" or " unknown address" will be kept for 1 year only. We will charge the standard country specific post charge to resend it to you.

If delivery fails for whatever reason items are marked as 'return to sender'. Not all posties will leave a “Sorry We Missed You” card, so your first step before contacting us should be to drop into your local Delivery Office with a piece of ID and proof of address, as items are held for up to 2 weeks before being sent back to us. Please note that the 'return to sender' process can take between 4-9 weeks, depending on the country originally dispatched to.
You must contact us within the 4 weeks of receiving your dispatch email, to inform us that your item has not reached you.

We send each sort of item to you as soon as it’s ready. If you have ordered more than one item, please check your receipt or order confirmation email for their individual dispatch dates. If you ordered two or three identical items and only one has arrived, then please contact us using the form at the bottom of the page so that we can look into this for you.
All of our graduation products are printed to order and to your personal requirements, therefore we do not hold stock for exchanges. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct size and colour of garment is purchased/ordered. If the size is found to be unsuitable we cannot refund. We may be able to exchange if we have a suitable garment in stock - Please contact us to check.
If the garment you receive does not match the size guide then this is a manufacturing fault. Therefore please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify this.
Our aim is to maintain continuity of front logo design. However, occasionally production runs or supply chain issues means front logos on our garments may differ to that seen at graduation stands or online. If you are not happy with this, please request a refund within 7 days of your order being placed. We may be able to add an additional logo to your garment - Please get in touch with us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Please read the points below carefully, because the rules for returning personalised items are different to non-personalised items.
Personalised Items:
First of all, if we have made a mistake with your order or your item is damaged then of course we will happily replace it and refund your postage. This also holds true if the size of the garment you receive does not match the size you saw when you ordered. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to arrange the return of an item that's not correct. If, however, you change your mind about a personalised item after you have received it then we can only make a replacement if we happen to have your desired item in stock.
Non-personalised items:
A non-personalised item is subject to the normal rules, and can be returned for a full refund up to 28 days after you receive it in the post.
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must do so by contacting us via our 'contact us' form below, within our 5 day cooling off period. After this time, refunds for personalised items will not be made.
Firstly, if you feel you may have received a faulty item, please accept our apologies.

In line with our faulty goods policy, if any items are found on arrival to have a fault, they must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt and must not have any signs of 'wear and tear'. The item must therefore be unworn and in the same condition as received.
Please note that if your item is over 6 months old, it is no longer covered by our Faulty Goods policy. This is in line with Trading Standards guidelines which stipulate that any fault in garments that are over 6 months old (from date of purchase) is considered to be wear and tear rather than a fault with the item.

Privacy Policy
If you chose to pay for this extra personalisation option, the name you enter in the 'Name Highlight' field will be matched to the name provided to us by your Institution from the official names list. This means that nicknames and abbreviations will not be highlighted, although you can add these on the sleeve or chest as an additioanl personaluisation. In many instances middle names will not appear. If you want to change your mind you must let us know within 2 days of purchase and we will refund you for the highlight name.
The name highlight is printed in red on all garments, unless otherwise requested. If you would like a different colour or have any questions, please send us an enquiry using the form below. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you.
We are exceptionally busy in the run up to Christmas and try very hard to get most orders out before the last posting dates below.
We realise some items are purchased for Christmas presents so the below order dates allow for those placing orders early the chance of having their items for Christmas.
Over the years we have found that posting too close to Christmas results in items being lost, especially to overseas customers.
Therefore, the below dates apply on all orders:

We offer a complimentary 'Add Name' service for garments that are printed with full graduate names on the back. This means, if you cannot find a graduate name listed in the 'Check Graduate Name is on the Artwork' field, then you can add a name and we will print it on the back of the garment (alongside other graduates names). Please note: for the Luxury Graduation Hoodie product, we can only add names to the Light Dusty Grey hoodie.
You can choose to add extra personal embellishments to your garments.
Each additional personalisation is just £9.95 and is printed in CAPITAL letters.
Sleeve Print
Add a name, initials, subject or faculty to the sleeve for an extra special touch.
Sleeve prints will be matched to the colour of the artwork printed on the back of your hoodie.
13 characters approx. otherwise the print becomes too small.
Chest Print
Choose to add your initials on the front chest of your garment. 3 characters max.
Hood Print
Choose to add your intitals on either side of the hood. 3 characters max.
